Dressless photo of Kate Moss goes on sale for £18k

If you’ve got a spare £18,000 burning a hole in your back pocket (and let’s be honest, who doesn’t?!) then we may have found the perfect thing for you to spend it on – a nude photo of Kate Moss!

Taken by Albert Watson back in 1993, the iconic black and white image is deemed one of the ‘best ever photos’ taken of the supermodel and it’s going under the hammer at Bonhams auction house on 17th November.

On the other hand, if you barely have £18 to your name right now, you’ll have to make do with these pictures of Kate strolling through London yesterday after lunch with her hubby at Inaho Japanese restaurant.

Facebook Introduces Photo Tagging Approval Process

You could be Kate Upton and you'd still experience the cold shiver of dread when you receive Facebook tagging notifications. "John Doe has tagged you in the album 'My 28th Birthday Bash!'" Even worse is when these tagged photos have appeared on your homepage before you had a chance to untag.

However, it seems Facebook has finally realized that not all of us want to be tagged in every single photo of us that our friends have deemed fit to upload. The company this introduced a new feature that allows you to vet the photos friends are tagging you in. While it doesn't outright offer you the option of approving every tagged photo, it does give you the opportunity to approve the post that gets published to your profile informing your friends you've been tagged. From now on, friends will still be able to tag you, but you'll have the chance to approve it before it's visible to anyone on your profile.
"Before, photos you were tagged in would show up on your profile as soon as you were tagged," writes Facebook's Chris Cox. "One of the top requests we've heard is for the ability to approve these tags before they show up on your profile. Going forward, you can choose to use the new tool to approve or reject any photo or post you are tagged in before it's visible to anyone else on your profile."

In addition to this, you'll also have the option of approving tags other people try to add to your photos. In the past, anyone who could see your photos could add tags. However, now, you'll have to approve all third party tags prior to them appearing. The 'remove tag' feature is changing, too. From now on, when you click 'remove tag,' you'll have a list of options that ask you what you want to do: Remove the tag, message the person to ask them to remove the photo, or block the person completely.
These changes comes with yet another sizable update to Facebook's privacy settings. The social network has also brought the 'view profile as ... ' feature to the front page, right next to the edit profile button. Other new features include the ability to add locations to your status updates and a more user friendly way to determine who you're sharing with. Similar to Google+, Facebook will now show you who you're sharing with via a little drop-down next to the 'post' button. The more savvy Facebook users will recognize this feature as a rejigged version of the discreet padlock that appeared next to the 'post' button prior to this update. Facebook says you'll also be able to modify the visibility of a post after it's been published, too.

Emma Watson Strikes a Pose in Vogue’s July 2011 Issue

Emma Watson is ready to move on to life beyond the Harry Potter franchise. In Amanda Foreman's Vogue article entitled "Emma's New Day," the actress formerly known as Hermione Granger discussed her love of art, acting, fashion, and what lies ahead for the 21-year-old actress now that Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 (in theaters July 15th) is complete.

Vogue's July 2011 issue (available now) not only features an in-depth interview with the beautiful and talented Watson but also includes a gorgeous photo spread of the actress shot by Mario Testino. And speaking of gorgeous photo spreads, fans of HBO's True Blood (which premieres Sunday June 26th) will recognize Alexander Skarsgard in photos by Peter Lindbergh.

During her interview with Vogue, Emma Watson said that she draws inspiration from a variety of sources including the artwork of Joan Miro and Patti Smith's memoir Just Kids. Of the latter, the actress said, "I want to live like Patti. I want to write like Patti... The book was so honest and brave. I love the way she sees the world. I really felt that life was more beautiful after I read it."

Watson is one of highest paid actresses in showbiz; thanks to the Harry Potter films (she has made $30 million for the last two films). But according to the article, she also had to make some sacrifices in the success. For Watson, "Acting the part of Hermione was not simply a matter of taking the odd hiatus from normal life; the constant filming and promoting of the movies became normal life."

Emma developed a close friendship with co-star Daniel Radcliffe and reportedly went to New York to see his Broadway performance in How To Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.

And she already has a pretty good head start on life beyond the Harry Potter universe. She plans to star in the film version of Stephen Chbosky's The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Her character, Samantha, is "as far removed from the wholesome Hermione as could be."

In addition to acting, Watson is also a student at Brown University (she's currently taking a break), creating her own fashion line with People Tree, and becoming a spokesperson for LancĂ´me's new fragrance, Midnight Rose.

So how does Emma balance all of this? She has gotten some advice from her peers like Academy Award-nominee James Franco, who she met while studying at Rhode Island School of Design. When asked about the experience, the young actress said, "I talked to him about juggling studying and making films... He's not afraid or limited by what he fears people will say about it."

And Watson is clearly not afraid to take risks when it comes to acting on anything else. Harry Potter director David Yates calls Watson, "an incredibly intuitive and instinctive actor." Emma Watson is a bright young lady with a bright future ahead of her.

And if you're wondering where "Cars 2" after its spectacular opening, well, let's just say its what everyone will be talking about on Monday. That means it'll find a home on our list next time around.
