Zac Efron Hairstyles Are Becoming Very Popular

Actors and celebrities have always had a profound effect on the fashion industry and trends; whatever is big in Hollywood tends to be big with the young crowd. Back in the 70's it was Grease and John Travolta. It is more than a generation later and John Travolta has been replaced by the likes of Zac Efron and guys everywhere are requesting for Zac Efron hairstyles.

Zac is a versatile actor and singer who has enjoyed sky rocketing fame in recent years. He is extremely popular with the young girls and a lot of the young guys want to emulate Zac. Zac is recognized as one of the most attractive young celebrities and he has helped to catapult more than one popular hairstyle.

While some celebrities are known for predominately one hairstyle, Zac has changed his dew numerous times and every time he does it creates a stir among the teenage girls and a new trend among the young men. Zac has worn his dew in many different styles and has colored it more than once.

There are four major styles that cosmetologist and hairstyle professionals are replicating on their young male clients. The first one is referred to as the Zac Efron Short; this hairstyle is shorter than the others but creates a great look for the star of Hairspray. In this cut the sides and back are left long enough to sit over the ears. The top is cut at a length that permits them to sit up and off his face. This style is basically a no fuss style is easy to maintain and will only require getting trimmed regularly.

Another Zac Efron style that is popular and gets plenty of attention is the Swept-over look. This is kept relatively long and is drawn off the jaw line. This style has long layers to thin out the edges a bit and provide contour. Since this style is long it only needs to be trimmed once every two months or so.

A real attention getter with the girls is a textured stlye that is a good bit shorter than the swept look. This cut tends to accentuate the wearers eyes and falls over the ears and forehead. This cut is done with a razor and the bottom is allowed to kick out. This style works well with young men who have elongated faces.
